Artist's Comments
Finished colours for my version of the character Death, as featured in "The Sandman" comic series, and "Death: The High Cost of Living" & "Death: The Time of Your Life".
I decided to go with a pale grey skintone for Death herself. Depending on the artist/portrayal, she appears to alternate between regular and pale skintones. The original inks can be found here [link] Death character created by Neil Gaiman & Mike Dringenberg Copyright DC Comics (Vertigo) |

Such a sweet and simple look here, don't know too much about the character herself but marvelous work with transforming her into your style here man, the hair looks especially radiant, well done.
And like the background and how it gives like a moonlight look to her and the pedestal was nicely colored, again looking simple, cheers lad.
Stunning work on her eyes though JohnnyPumpkin, her gray look and dark figure really make them shine and even better with the level of detail you put in, well done.

I put a lot of work into her (even though she looks deceptively simple), so cheers for all the comments! I'd love to turn her into a model at some stage. I've always wanted to try sculpting, but I don't have the space at the moment to work on anything like that.

Aye its rather surprising at how much you can sweat with something that supposed to be so simple, been there before too lad, lol. Yeah you mentioned and again sorry to hear about that lad, sucks not to have any room for your art. What you might try is going to an art forum or a place that does art and see if they'll let you work on her there, anything else would be start breaking some walls down, lol.
